We want you to shop with confidence at Brand Mandi. Thus, we offer hassle-free returns with complimentary return shipping. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us at no extra cost.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is completely different from the one ordered.

  • The product is damaged.

  • Return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items should be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • Returns must include all original accessories and documentation.

Return Procedure

Here’s how our return process works:

  • Be ready with your order number, reason for return, and bank account details for the refund.

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • A 360-degree uncut unboxing video may be required for processing returns.

Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide authorization and instructions.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the payment method or bank account you specified at the time of return initiation.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to securely package returned items to prevent damage during transit.
